Meet Zaid

Zaid Hanna aka, the “data guy,” is a service-minded and customer-oriented real estate professional who has focused his energy on revitalizing the Bay Area’s real estate industry since 2004. In 2014, he decided to form the Hanna Group, a team of determined and like-minded real estate professionals with a desire to serve the Bay Area community. Through dedication, determination, and grit, Zaid used real estate to create financial stability, grow a successful team, and help his clients build wealth.

When the 2008 financial crisis hit, Zaid, like many others, had to rebuild. He refused to accept defeat and continued working in the real estate market through the most challenging housing crisis the US had ever experienced. Remaining resilient, he chose to use the housing crisis as an opportunity for growth. Zaid dedicated his time to understanding the intricacies of the market so that he could provide data-backed advice to home buyers and sellers while pushing past the challenges in his pursuit for success. As a result, he not only fully recovered from the financial crisis, but he also built a thriving real estate team and is recognized as the “data guy,” by his community.

Working full time as both a team leader and devoted father of two, Zaid prioritizes his relationships most. His devotion to the people in his life is what led him to create a real estate team with unparalleled customer care. Where some see problems, Zaid sees opportunities for resolution and growth.
